The R Hologram format of RIAA awards (1989 – 1997) was a time when the strict formats of earlier periods loosened (see here). That led to the creation of some spectacular awards, like this one for Meat Loaf, Bat Out Of Hell II: Back Into Hell. Released in September 1993, and certified 4X Platinum on 2/18/1994, it is honored here with and Authentic, First Presentation, First-State RIAA award (in a poly bag for protection in storage)…
