Here it’s celebrated as an Authentic, First Presentation, First-State, RIAA White Matte…The presentation ceremony captured in this picture, was made by Capitol Records President Alan Livingston (the 45 White Matte is I Want To Hold Your Hand)…White Mattes of the period had thick Bainbridge Board mattes, and quotes around the album title that looked like little elevens…Album labels changed over time but this one is correct for the period…Original hanging (though backing paper looks newer)…The Fulton St. address on the New York Frame & Picture Co. sticker is correct for the period…
