Studio musicians Robb Royer, James Griffin, and David Gates, formed Bread in 1969 to begin recording their original compositions. Their unique brand of soft rock generated numerous hit singles and albums, including 13 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 between 1970 and 1977. In March 1971 they released their third album Manna which went gold and is celebrated here as an In-House Award manufactured by The Disc Award Ltd. company in Los Angeles.
